One great Schwing grout pump for sale, with only 1560 hrs of use. This is a completely restored machine, featuring: 80% rock valve, new cutting ring, new compression seal, new kidney seal, mirror plate, spectacle plate and agitator blades and new material cylinders. We fitted back and front bearings, and the hopper is good.

This unit is perfect for a starter company working on shotcrete or mid size projects. The pump delivers solid performance, pumping up to 35 cubic yards per hour at distances over 1,000 feet. We actually tested this unit on a job site with 800 feet of hose and a 6″ slump. It worked perfectly.

As with all our units, we sandblasted this machine and sprayed fresh coats of primer and paint before applying new stickers. This machine looks good and is ready to start making someone a lot of money, with less headaches.

We pressurize the whole unit to its maximum capacity. Once this test is successful, we send the unit to our fabrication and paint shop.
