We have this beautiful Schwing trailer pump for sale, which has ONLY 1,932 hours of use.
Our team completely restored the machine and replaced ALL the wear items, including but not limited to: cutting ring, wear plate, piston cups, bearings, differential, and material cylinders.
We thoroughly inspected the axles, the tires and all the electrical harness for shortcuts or malfunctions. The unit accomplished 200 BAR of pressure at its highest point, and performed the switch over perfectly. The timing between the S tube, and the differential cylinders, was 100% accurate.
We also fitted NEW “S” tube and valve bearings, as well as new temperature and pressure indicators. It’s also got new hydraulic and engine oil and filters. The hydraulic pumps were flow and pressure tested. This machine presents no leaks of pressure. We finally sandblasted the unit and applied new paint and new decals. It’s in perfect condition to start pumping concrete right away.

We found these guys online and saw some of their reviews, we decided to take a chance and buy a Putzmeister tk50 that was being refurbished, gave them a deposit and they called me when the unit was finished, so we decided to drive down ourselves.
