Edward and his team are quick to respond, and take care of their customers. Great team to work with. Had a few problems at first but it was nothing they couldn’t handle in a timely manner. Will continue to buy our pumps with these guys.
Just purchased a 2014 used TK 40 putzmister from these guys they had previously gone over the whole machine got it up to factory specs. The thing works beautifully couldn’t be happier with their service and the quality of product that they produce will definitely be buying from them again.

I have just purchased a fully refurbished Schwing 2007 BPA 500 concrete pump through Jed Alliance. I live in Nz and I was nervous buying from the US having never done it before especially as it was my first concrete pump. Edward and his team kept me updated with videos and pictures of the refurbishment which was awesome. The day after the pump landed here in New Zealand I took it to a test pour and it passed with flying colours it hasn’t missed a beat. Very happy customer
You dont need a new pump, you need JED Alliance!! Edward and his team at JED were outstanding! Edward got into the pits and helped get my pump ready for concrete in record time! Marcela in the office was always so kind, prompt and professional. They worked hard to provide a great product and experience. Our Putzmeister TK40 pump is on the job as we speak pumping like a dream. 10/10 recommend. When its time to purchase a back up, we are headed back to JED Alliance.
We found these guys online and saw some of their reviews, we decided to take a chance and buy a Putzmeister tk50 that was being refurbished, gave them a deposit and they called me when the unit was finished, so we decided to drive down ourselves. I bought my putzmeister tk40 pump from Edward and let me tell everyone, He is the man you want to buy your pump from and here is the reasons why.
I was in an emergency the other day, I had concrete in my hopper, waiting for the second truck to get on sight. all of the sudden my pump shuts off…. Not good so I start diagnosing the problem but cant figure it out at this point im sweatin bullets(my pumps my life) I end up calling Jed alliance cause its an emergency, Without hesitation juan answers the phone, Hands it over to Edward and he starts helping me Diagnose everything, Eventually he handed me over to Herald the head mechanic because theres a serious issue with my pump and i have concrete in it….. i was in a terrible spot for reception so That just made everything harder for me but herald stayed on the phone and called me back multiple times when the line cut out. We ultimately made the decision i would rush the pump to them cause i wasn’t getting anywhere with it. I drove the hour and a half over to their shop and when i got there Herald and his guy hopped right on my pump.. They had the pressure washer out to break out the concrete in the cups and s tube, Herald and his guy saved my pump, I should say the JED Alliance group saved my pump with their awesome team. I picked it up today and Gonna get back to work with it. Thank you guys for your help ill always be humbled and forever Grateful for you guys always being on top of your game and helping me out.
