Great for shotcrete operations, big rock pours or just a very thick slump. These vibrators can be installed right on the Grill of the machine to ensure a proper flow of material right into the hopper, without overflowing or manual labor to avoid it. Super easy to install, silent and 100% reliable. You can add a mounting plate for easier installation.
Concrete pump hopper vibrators are widely used for shotcrete applications. Shotcrete normally is a material that is pumped at about 3 or 4 inch a slump and at about 4000 to 6500 PSI of maximum resistance therefore, making this concrete material very thick and hard to filter through the grill on the hopper. By vibrating, concrete can make it easily into the hopper, without having to have and additional person pushing the concrete through the grate.

We found these guys online and saw some of their reviews, we decided to take a chance and buy a Putzmeister tk50 that was being refurbished, gave them a deposit and they called me when the unit was finished, so we decided to drive down ourselves.
