The TKB Putzmeister concrete pumps are designed to pump small aggregates at high pressure and high velocity.
Our team did a full recondition job on this particular Putzmeister concrete pump, as we do with all our concrete pumps for sale. We replaced all the wear parts, new differential cylinders with new chassis reinforcement, as well a new piston cups and wear items.
Our specialists also refurbished the compensating valve, and added a new set of pressure valves for the nitrogen gas. We recharged the nitrogen system, and installed a new bladder.
The axle on the unit is brand new and so are the tires. We also replaced the electrical harness with new, including all the indicator lights.
We have given this machine new motor oil and hydraulic oil, and all filters were replaced for OEM. The hydraulic pump was metered and pressure tested, and all parameters were up to factory standards. We have also included new emergency stops, a new battery and new cables.
This unit has gone through our most rigorous inspections and there are no damages present, so you’ll be able to buy with complete peace of mind.
