2007 Schwing BPA500 #0584
Our team has thoroughly inspected and refurbished this Schwing BPA500 for sale that we are proud to present for sale.
We replaced all the wear parts of the unit, installing new material cylinders, new mud cups, new electrical harness, and emergency systems. We also gave it new hydraulic oil and filters, tested the hydraulic pumps, and found the flows to be normal. The engine had the right compression, and there was no loss of hydraulic pressure. We also replaced the differential cylinder seals, and noticed no chrome loss or scores.
Some specifications: This machine can pump between 30-40 yds/hr, and can handle aggregate of up to 1″ in size. She can maintain distances of over 1,000 feet horizontally. It’s a great machine for high volume concrete delivery, and high-pressure shotcrete applications. We gave her a beautiful fresh paint job and new decals. She’s ready to go pump.

Our Putzmeister TK40 pump is on the job as we speak pumping like a dream. 10/10 recommend. When its time to purchase a back up, we are headed back to JED Alliance.
We found these guys online and saw some of their reviews, we decided to take a chance and buy a Putzmeister tk50 that was being refurbished, gave them a deposit and they called me when the unit was finished, so we decided to drive down ourselves.
