This Schwing 750-15X was upgraded to pump 42 strokes per minute instead of the regular 32, bi increasing the size of engine and pump. We have replaced All the wear parts including: new cutting ring, new wear plate, outlet and inlet bearings are new, new piston cups, 90% ROCK VALVE, new hopper nose and back bearing, good discharge outlet, good hopper grate, new agitator assembly’s boots AND BEARINGS, good shift cylinder and switch over arms, new serial number plate, good frame, good fenders, new tonge for trailer, axle, tires, grease axle, axle bearing, new lights assembly and wiring, good gas tanks, and water box drain, new accomulator bottle bladder, good differential cylinders no leaks, good operator control box, all e-stops work, new hydraulic sight glass, good hydraulic fan, good accomulator control valve, hydraulic outriggers and agitator control valve, great working engine with no leaks or blow by, new motor oil and filters, new hydraulic oil and filters with gauge, new pressure gauges, new belt, air filter and, all other settings according to standards, good throttle cable, ready to pump concrete.

Our Putzmeister TK40 pump is on the job as we speak pumping like a dream. 10/10 recommend. When its time to purchase a back up, we are headed back to JED Alliance.
We found these guys online and saw some of their reviews, we decided to take a chance and buy a Putzmeister tk50 that was being refurbished, gave them a deposit and they called me when the unit was finished, so we decided to drive down ourselves.
