This Schwing Shotcrete Pump not only has a great look to it, but also the power and versatility to do many jobs. Its pump capacity is 35 cubic yards/hr, with pressure up to 1,100 PSI and reinforced differential cylinder caps. This machine allows up to 1.5″ in aggregate with a 7″ material cylinder and a 80HP Deutz engine.
This is a completely restored Schwing Shotcrete pump, featuring:
New differential cylinders, new e-stops, good tires, good axle bearing and outrigger, good control blocks and accumulator box, new piston cups, new battery on pump, new temperature sight glass and a good hyd. Fan.
It also features: new oil filter, air filter and gas filter, new hopper grate switch, new hydraulic oil, hydraulic filters and restriction gauge and a new v. belt.
It also has good shroud condition, good fasteners and good grommets.
Our team thoroughly pressure-tested and leaks-tested the unit. We have flow tested the hydraulic pump and the litters per minute were up to factory standards.
