At LED Alliance, we specialize in getting trailer pumps fully restored. We replaced all major wear parts on this Schwing machine, giving it new oil and filters, and NEW Material cylinders to make sure it’s up to standard.

Our team installed a new agitator assembly, new differential cylinders and new piston cups. Ideal for medium ours, it can pump 45 yrds/hr with a 1″ or less aggregate. Like all our machines, we sandblasted and re-painted this unit ready for delivery, with beautiful original decals. We have totally revitalized this Schwing BPA500and brought back up to factory standards.

Schwing designed the BPA500 trailer pump to pump up to 300 feet vertically, and thus they out-perform several competitors in the same size range. This unit has covered 2,945 hours. We pressure tested the machine and it’s ready to pump concrete.

Schwing Reliability

This BPA500 uses a Rock Valve pumping system, which pumps harsher mixes and bigger aggregate. Its longevity is a lot longer than many other pumping valves. It has a Deutz engine and a Rexroth hydraulic pump to increase the usable life of the machine.
These are the multi-duty pumps for handling structural concrete, grout or shotcrete. Here, we can see all the reliability of Schwing’s larger pumps in a smaller package, which gives you all-round versatility. The BPA 500 features a larger hydraulic pump which allows more strokes per minute and higher output. As you can see, we can assure long term durability with the legendary Rock Valve.
