Today I am going to show you guys, after all this hard work, what we have completed on the Flatbed Putzmeister TK70 concrete pump. So let me show you what we got going on. You can see more about how we do our work Quality Assurance Process
First thing, we gave the pump a nice fresh coat of paint to make it look like this. We put some stripes to make it look like an original Thom Katt from the factory. We sandblasted the unit and put all the ware parts required. Also, we added anti-slipping paint on this bed all the way to the back and we included a brand new diamond plate on the surface.
Also, we redesigned the whole water system so it will work perfectly on this unit. I’ll show you right here, here we go. She is badass, as you can see — beautiful, just beautiful.
This Flatbed Putzmeister TK70 pump can pump up 70 cubic yards an hour. Has an automatic greaser and a bunch of fancy stuff that won’t allow frozen water to collect in the lines. By using this redesigned system, we can push with hot water, all the frozen water that is already there. This machine is going to New York so we needed to make sure we did that for the customer.
We mounted it on that extra piece of metal there that you guys see, and she sits a little higher but is good enough that gives us enough travel room on the tires against the frame.
It has got all brand new wear parts. Absolutely every single thing in it is brand new – brand new agitator system, brand new outlet bearing and inlet bearing, cutting ring, wear plate, absolutely everything. It has brand new differential cylinders, material cylinders. The hydraulic pump was flow tested.
The engine has been refurbished and this Flatbed Putzmeister TK70 is going to its customer.
We also added some extra features such as lights because the last thing you want in New York is somebody jumping you up at night. So we got these nice LED lights that we put up. As far as the back and front. On the truck, we couldn’t forget the stripes so we made it look cool too.
Overall, it was a project that lasted about 6 weeks but we completed successfully and today we are going to pressure test the whole unit. Keep in touch or take a look at our concrete trailer pumps for sale.
