We have a HBV160 ball valve, which means you got two balls in the top and two in the lower, and as one cylinder is pulling a ball in order to keep the concrete from coming out of the hopper.
To run the ‘Schwing Concrete Pump, you have different functions: Forward, Neutral and reverse. The Schwing Concrete Pump for sale also has Manual Level and a whole Override that when you have it on Forward you can turn the Schwing Concrete Pump for sale ON and OFF remotely, so that’s how they work.

If that’s the case, pop open the stock, fold it open and you’re going to have two balls, make sure the balls don’t fall out, and that the seats that hold the balls don’t’ fall out. We’ve seen a lot of guys that open the Schwing Concrete Pump up, take everything out, the seats fall in the concrete; then, they close the backup, step in the piles and then lose the seat and now the Schwing Concrete Pump for sale won’t pump; that’s a big NO. So, when you open it up, make sure the balls (both, lower and up balls) and the seats are tightened properly in order to avoid leaking.
People also complains about the compensator, they say that really doesn’t work for anything.
What the system of this Schwing Hydraulic Concrete Pump was designed for, is as is pumping there is a spring on the machine, a monotonic spring with the piston on it. They do work if they are set up properly, we use it fairly regularly and lot of good compliments over; as long as you follow the guideline, you have to make sure they’re cooling and when you wash out at the end of the day, when you bust it open to wash out the hopper, and the ass end you squirt it up and set a remnant of the buildup out, so the piston can fall freely.
